Delivery Information

1.              Delivery of Goods

1.1.         Purchases Product(s) will be dispatched and/or shipped within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of payment or receipt of payment confirmation, and the manufacture of goods in question being complete.

1.2.         Delivery times will vary in accordance with the geographical location of every customer. We ask that you be patient in respect of the delivery. Working with our current and preferred courier services, “Normal Delivery Periods” will take between 3 (three) and 5 (five) working days, unless specified otherwise. We guarantee to the best of our ability, save as provided for in the general disclaimers, that delivery of your Product(s) shall be received within 48 (forty eight) working days of receipt of funds, or the manufacture of goods in question being complete. The normal delivery costs will be expressed in the Purchase price prior to your transaction being completed.

1.3.         Should you elect the “express delivery” option for your Product, an “express delivery charge” may be added to the Purchase price, and a time period for the delivery of the Product(s) will be stipulated therein.

1.4.         We strive to provide all of our customers with a superior shopping experience, while paying affordable rates. In light hereof, delivery costs will be added into the purchase price prior to the completion of any Sale transaction, unless stated otherwise. In order to secure the best service, we will require the individual purchasing the Product(s) to personally sign for the Product(s) upon receipt thereof. This ensures our ability to properly track all Product(s) and ensures (to the best of our ability) that the correct Product(s) are delivered to the correct customer timeously. Your assistance in this regard is greatly appreciated.

It remains your responsibility to make sure that you sign for your delivery once it has reached your stipulated shipping address. We will not be held responsible for deliveries where no signature is obtained from the Registered User or customer, and we reserve the right to recall the delivery should it be deemed that the shipping address does not exist. We shall communicate with you in this regard. In the event that the shipping address is incorrectly inserted and delivery cannot take place, the customer may be charged for any further delivery to a differently stipulated shipping address
